Alert: Garbage cans and recycling bins

There is a Cooper City Ordinance which asks the residents to  NOT put the garbage cans and recycling bins roadside before 6 PM on the day prior to pickup and take them in prior to 8 PM the day of pickup.  We feel this is a reasonable ordinance.

Bulk pickup should NOT be put roadside until the day  prior to pickup and NOT before 6 PM the evening before pickup.

We have been asked to remind residents  that  garbage cans and recycling bins are not pretty roadside decorations.
