The Cooper City Community Center serves delicious, hot lunches weekdays

The Cooper City Community Center at 51st  Pl. and 90th Ave.  invites you to join  others  for the delicious, hot and nutritious lunches served daily from Monday through  Friday at 11:30 am.

This Luncheon Program is available to folks age 60 and over.
The cost is $2.00 per lunch  or less if your income prevents you from paying that amount.  How much you pay  is  handled very discreetly.  You receive a copy of the monthly menu and do not have to order a lunch every day.  Just order when you see lunches  which are your favorites.  The daily menu changes from month to month.

There is a meat, a carbohydrate  such as corn, rice, potatoes(sweet, steamed or au gratin),  macaroni and cheese, etc., and a variety of  vegetables.  With bread, butter, a dessert such as a fresh or cooked  fruit or cookie, etc., and milk.  They also serve crab,  tuna or chicken salad, liver and onions, pork, chicken and  beef.  The variety makes the meals so delightful throughout the month.

The group who eats at The Community Center are gracious and fun so you cannot help but enjoy your meal as you enjoy yourself throughout the meal.  You get to meet new friends!

If you are on a special diet such as being a diabetic, or a low salt diet, you can eat any of these tasty lunches.  The menus   are prepared by a Nutritionist who is very highly respected in her field across this United States!

The one requirement is:  you must order your lunch the day before it is to be served.  You would order on Friday for Monday's lunch or on Monday for Tuesday's lunch, etc.

After you have signed with the Program and received your monthly menu, you can call Sandy and order your next meal.  Or you can order it  before you leave  to go home.

Please call Sandy Miller, 954-434-4300,  ext. 254, to  ask your questions and order your meal.  Sandy is a delightful  lady who will assist you in every way she can.

Transportation to the Community Center and back home again is possible on the Cooper City Free Bus Service.  If you have an impairment or require assistance,  please ask Sandy about transportation arrangements.  Call 954-434-4300, Ext. 254, to talk with Sandy Miller.

Please come eat and be merry at The Cooper City Community Center daily lunch program!
