Cooper City Election for Dist.1 and 2 Seats, Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010

Cooper City residents will vote for two seats on the City Commission on Tuesday, November 2, 2010.

District 1 and District 2 seats are up for election.

This notice is to remind you to mark your calendars for that date and also to remind you to learn all you can about the persons campaigning for those seats and compare to the incumbents.

We know the persons who are campaigning for those two seats will tell you anything to get elected.  We saw that happen in the last election.  Surely we can use every tool at our fingertips to learn more about them.  Use Google, Blogs, Facebook, websites and by listening to what each individual has to say to you.

We have had these intervening years since the last election to learn about the two incumbents: what they believe,  how they respected our City and its residents,  how they voted and their explanations for their votes.  Were they working with knowledge or without?  Were they working for us or for themselves?

They will be elected BY you to work FOR you.  We want to elect the very best person  possible to work for us and listen to our wishes.

This Blog will have plenty more to say as time  moves closer to November 2.

Make your comments to us regarding the Nov. 2 Commission election.  We want to hear from you because we listen and we learn from you!
