YOU MUST HAVE YOUR COMPLETED  QUALIFICATION PAPER IN CITY HALL PROMPTLY BY NOON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH.

Be prompt because they will NOT permit you to qualify if you are not.
